U.S. Embassy Visit to the Fulbright Commission

A group of staff members from the U.S. Embassy, including some recently arrived diplomats, visited the Commission in December to hear about the work of the Commission. The Commission has a meaningful relationship with the Embassy, so this was a welcome opportunity to inform new embassy staff about the role of Fulbright in Iceland and to get to know new friends. This type of meeting has not been held before at the Commission, but based on the enthusiastic response, we hope this will now become a tradition and a standard event.
