FAI IV Mid-Term in Greenland

The mid-term meeting of Fulbright Arctic Initiative IV was held in Greenland in early June. Icelandic scholars Anna Karlsdóttir, Rachel Lorna Johnstone and Sigrún Sigurðardóttir, as well as the ED, participated in the fantastic program, which was arranged by Fulbright Denmark. The group met with Arctic Council and government representatives on the national and local level, members of academia, the Greenland Institute of Natural Resources, the Inuit Circumpolar Council, the business community and cultural institutions. The three working groups also had plenty of time for group work and consultations. The mid-term meeting provided a great opportunity to learn, move the work of the cohort forward and continue to build connections across the Arctic. Many thanks to the co-lead scholars, ECA, IIE and our host, Fulbright Denmark.
