New Icelandic and U.S. Grantees

Fulbright Iceland is pleased to introduce the scholars and students selected for the 2026-2027 cohort. This year’s U.S. cohort includes two Fulbright Fellows and ten Fulbright Scholars, with additional specialists expected to be added later. Two Icelandic Fulbright students and three Icelandic Fulbright scholars will travel to the United States in the coming academic year.

In addition, the Commission selected three high school students this spring to take part in various summer programs in the United States during summer 2026.
