Inter-Country Travel Grant Visit

Fulbright Iceland

Fulbright Iceland

The Inter-Country Travel Grant program is an opportunity that allows universities and other institutions to invite a U.S. Fulbright scholar residing in another European country for a short visit to Iceland to lecture or participate in other academic activities. Iveta Silova, Professor at Arizona State University and U.S. Fulbright Scholar to Finland, was invited to Iceland in November by the University of Iceland School of Education for meetings and to give an open lecture on the role and responsibility of education institutions in responding to the climate crisis emergency.

Fulbright Iceland is excited to offer Icelandic institutions the opportunity to tap into the Fulbright well of knowledge through such short-term programs. Read more here on the Inter-Country Travel Grant program and how to apply to get a U.S. Fulbright scholar for a short visit to Iceland.
