Support Future Fulbrighters

Did your Fulbright experience matter to you? Or have you had an opportunity to host a Fulbrighter that made a valuable contribution at your institution? Would you like to help us support future Fulbrighters? Then this is the time to do so!

Please note that taxpayers in Iceland can make a tax-deductible donation between ISK 10.000 and ISK 350.000 each calendar year to Fulbright Iceland. Meanwhile, Americans can support Fulbright Iceland through our charitable fund at IIE (more info below). It is very easy and just takes a few minutes.

Fulbright Iceland is using a new system for those who want to support the Commission’s goal of providing opportunities for Icelanders to study and do research in the United States. Now you make an individual donation or sign up for monthly contribution directly through our website:

At the end of each calendar year, we provide tax authorities with information about your donation that will be entered on your next tax return.

For U.S. taxpayers who wish to support the Commission, the simplest way to make a tax-deductible donation is through our charitable fund housed at the Institute for International Education (IIE). Click here to donate. We are grateful for any donation that our well-wishers are able to make.

All supporters of Fulbright Iceland are listed in the Commission’s annual report, but it is possible to request anonymity.
