New Fulbright Iceland Board Members
Three new members took seat on the Fulbright Iceland Board of Directors at the beginning of October. New to the Board are (from left to right) Guðrún Nordal, Director of the Árni Magnússon Institute for Icelandic Studies, Erin Concors, U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Officer, and Pamela Innes, Professor Emerita of Anthropology at the University of Wyoming.
Cathrine Chambers, Research Manager at the University Centre of the Westfjords and Senior Scientist and Research Manager at Stefansson Arctic Institute, was elected at the first board meeting this fiscal year as the Chair of the Board for FY2025 and Berglind María Tómasdóttir, Professor at Iceland University of the Arts Department of Music, as the Vice-Chair.
