Staff update

In August, we welcomed Sóley Margrét Rafnsdóttir to our team as our new Fulbright Program Officer for student programs and EducationUSA adviser. She holds an M.A. degree in International Affairs from the University of Iceland, as well as a B.A. degree in Japanese Language and Culture. She completed a part of her B.A. studies at Kyushu University in Japan. Sóley’s previous experience includes working at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Iceland and was a part of the Icelandic Chairmanship team for Iceland’s Chairmanship in the Arctic Council 2019-2021.
