Join us for two lunchtime Fulbright presentations on Wednesday November 24 from 12:00-13:00, where two Fulbright scholars will introduce their research in Iceland.
Dr. Jan Marie Fritz, sociologist and Fulbright-NSF Arctic scholar, presents her project “Mandatory Retirement of Older Adults: Notes from Iceland.” She is hosted by The Institute for Sustainability Studies at the University of Iceland.
Dr. Nicole Gatto, epidemiologist and Fulbright MFA Arctic scholar, presents her project “Is Vitamin D Associated with Parkinson’s Disease Risk in a Population with Low Sunlight Exposure?” She is hosted at the Centre of Public Health Sciences at the University of Iceland.
